Are pets allowed in the cave?
The only animals allowed in the cavern are service animals, as is recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not covered under this act and therefore, are not permitted into the cave.
Animals can be looked after while their owner is on tour, however you are required to have a kennel for your pet. We will not watch pets that do not have a kennel, even if they have a leash. There is no fee associated with us watching your pet while you’re on tour. Please do not leave your pets in the car while taking a tour.
Being in a strange environment can be stressful for some pets, so we highly recommend bringing your pet’s favorite toy or comfort item to help keep them calm during this period.
Pets on leashes are permitted on the grounds and inside the main building (outside the cavern). Please clean up after your pet.
